Without a win in each of their last two friendly matches, Real Madrid will hope for a better result when they take on Juventus in their final pre-season club friendly on Sunday, July 31 before heading to Helsinki to take on Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Super Cup final.

The Real Madrid vs Juventus match will be played at the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California, with the kick-off slated for 7:30 AM IST.

Since their UEFA Champions League triumph against Liverpool last season, Real have played just two friendly matches in pre-season. They began their pre-season preparation against Barcelona and lost the match 0-1 before playing a 2-2 draw against Club America.

Juventus, on the other hand, have had mixed results. They started off with a 2-0 win over Guadalajara and followed it up with a 2-2 draw against Barcelona.

Unlike Real Madrid, who have a full squad at their disposal, Juventus were hit by a massive injury concern ahead of the Barcelona clash as it was confirmed that new signing Paul Pogba has been ruled out through a knee injury.

The recent update regarding the Frenchman is very troubling for the Old Lady. As reported by several media outlets, the former Manchester United midfielder could face five months on the sidelines, meaning that he is at risk of missing out on the 2022 FIFA World Cup squad.

Juventus vs Real Madrid head-to-head

Juventus and Real Madrid have played a total of 23 games in the past, with the former winning 10 and the latter have come out on top on 11 occasions. The remaining two matches have been drawn.
