The West Indies cricket team will look to extend their form into the ODI series after Keiron Pollard and Co. defeated Sri Lanka 2-1 in the three-match T20I series last week.
The three-match ODI series starts on Wednesday, March 10, at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua. Watch live in India.
The hosts will have high hopes from captain Keiron Pollard, who was in hot form in the recently concluded T20I series. Hard-hitter Chris Gayle, however, isn’t a part of the ODI squad.
After Angelo Mathews led the Sri Lanka cricket team in the T20I series, regular captain Dimuth Karunaratne will now resume his role in the ODI and Test series.
Pathum Nissanka, who started the tour as an uncapped player, might have sealed his place in the top order after a strong outing in the T20I series alongside Danushka Gunathilaka.
