The MCA T10 Bash 2023 cricket tournament begins on Thursday, February 2, 2023. The 14-match T10 cricket tournament will be played at the Bayuemas Oval in Kuala Lumpur.
Southern Hitters and Northern Strikers, who have previously featured in the T10 Bash, will be in action in the 2023 edition along with debutants Thunderstorm Outlanders and UKM- KPT. The Hitters will take on the Outlanders in the opening match of the MCA T10 Bash 2023.
The tournament will be played in a league and knockout format. All teams will face each other twice in a round-robin format. While the top two teams at the end of the league stage will make the final, the other two will play in a third-place playoff.
The final is on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 1:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). The third-place playoff will take place earlier that day, starting at 10:30 AM IST.
The MCA T10 Bash 2021, which was the tournament’s previous edition, featured six teams. Northern Strikers, who won the 2021 MCA T10 Super Series, finished second in the points table.
However, after an abandoned final, the Strikers shared the title with the Central Smashers. Virandeep Singh was their top run-getter with 148 runs in five matches. The Amir Azim Abd Shukor-led team will look to impress again this season.
Meanwhile, Southern Hitters won only one of their five matches in the 2021 edition of the MCA T10 Bash. But their experience in the tournament, along with the third-place finish in the MCA T10 Super Series 2021, is expected to provide the much-needed impetus for the Hitters.

There will be no live telecast of the MCA T10 Bash 2023 on any TV channel in India.
