Table-toppers Jamshedpur FC (JFC) take on Odisha FC (OFC) in their penultimate league stage match of the Indian Super League 2021-22 season at the GMC Athletic Stadium in Bambolim on Friday, March 4. The match will kick off at 7:30 PM IST.

JFC vs OFC Dream11 prediction

Jamshedpur FC are on quite a run this season. After initially struggling to get wins, the team is currently on a five-match unbeaten run, scoring at least three goals in all those outings, including victories over Hyderabad FC, Mumbai City FC and Kerala Blasters.

As for Odisha, they have already suffered a 0-4 loss against JFC earlier in the campaign and given the form they are in at the moment, the upcoming match seems to be heading towards a similar result.

To say Jamshedpur will start as favourites on Friday is an understatement as they have dominated Odisha FC even in the past, winning six of their nine meetings against the Kalinga Warriors while losing just once.

JFC vs OFC Dream11 team tips for Indian Super League 2021-22

Top tip: Best forward

Scoring a goal in each of his last four outings, JFC’s Greg Stewart is an outright pick for a striker in your fantasy team. The 31-year-old former Rangers frontman, who has netted 10 times this season, has accrued a whopping 1,118 fantasy points so far and is likely to add more to his tally against Odisha on Friday.

Top tip: Best midfielder

In an otherwise underwhelming season, Odisha’s Javi Hernandez has been a breath of fresh air for the team. The 32-year-old Spaniard has tallied six goals along with five assists in 19 games this season, accumulating a total of 855 fantasy points. He is certain to play a big role in Odisha’s hopes of snatching a victory.

Top tip: Best defender and goalkeeper

JFC captain and goal-scoring defender Peter Hartley is a must-have player for this contest. The 33-year-old veteran has scored three goals this season, resulting in a return of 545 fantasy points. Given how brilliant he has been in defence as well, expect him to make it to the Dream Team on Friday.

For a keeper, JFC’s TP Rehenesh should be selected ahead of OFC’s Kamaljit Singh as the former is most likely to keep a clean sheet, which means more bonus points are in the offering.

JFC vs OFC probable playing XI

JFC playing XI (probable): TP Rehenesh (goalkeeper); Laldinliana Renthlei, Eli Sabia, Peter Hartley (captain), Ricky Lallawmawma; Mobashir Rahman, Pronay Halder; Ritwik Das, Greg Stewart, Seiminlen Doungel; Daniel Chukwu
