Gokulam Kerala must win their final group game by at least two or more goals than ATKMB if they are to qualify for the inter-zone playoff semi-finals as Group D winners.
Bashundhara Kings, meanwhile, are also coming off a defeat in their recent AFC Cup 2022 assignment.
A hat-trick from Liston Colaco and a 77th-minute strike from forward David Williams condemned the Kings to a 0-4 thrashing at the hands of ATK Mohun Bagan. Despite registering the most shots in the game (17), Bashundhara Kings failed to convert them and now sit rock-bottom in the group with a goal difference of -3.
