The Udayana Cricket Ground is an international cricket stadium located in Bali, Indonesia.
It staged its first international cricket match, a T20 played between hosts Indonesia and Cambodia in November 2023. Led by captain Kadek Gamantika, Indonesia defeated Cambodia by seven wickets in that game.
Since then, Udayana Cricket Ground has hosted more than 10 T20 international matches so far.

The Kadek Gamantika-led hosts posted 192/7 in their 20 overs during the fourth T20I of Cambodia’s tour of Indonesia in November 2023. Kirubasankar Ramamoorthy’s 55 off 35 balls along with contributions from Padmakar Surve (36), Anjar Tadarus (31), Danilson Hawoe (24 not out) and Ferdinando Banunaek (23) powered the hosts to post a record T20I total at the venue. An all-round bowling performance later helped Indonesia restrict Cambodia to 88/8 in their allotted overs to win the game by 104 runs.
Lowest total
The Cambodia cricket team registered the lowest total at the Udayana Cricket Ground in the T20I format. Cambodia scored 88/8 in their 20 overs against hosts Indonesia in the fourth T20I in 2023. Chasing 193, Cambodia lost wickets at regular intervals as they fell short by 104 runs. Etienne Beukes top scored for Cambodia with 39 while Shah Abrar Hussain (11) was the only other batter to reach double digits. For Indonesia, Maxi Koda, Danilson Hawoe and Ketut Artawan bagged two wickets each to guide the hosts to a comprehensive win in Bali.
Most runs
Indonesia’s veteran cricketer Padmakar Surve has scored the most runs at the venue in T20I cricket. Between 2023 and 2024, Padmakar Surve amassed 242 runs in eight matches at an average of 60.50 and a strike rate of 154.14. The right-handed batter has slammed two fifties in the T20I format at the Udayana Cricket Ground. His teammate Kadek Gamantika features second on the list with 203 runs in 15 matches at an average of 20.30 and a strike rate of 107.40.
Most wickets
Indonesia pacer Maxi Koda has scalped the most wickets at this cricket ground in the T20I format. The right-arm medium fast bowler has bagged 17 wickets in 15 matches at an average of 17.05 and an economy of 6.28. He has registered best bowling figures of 3/17 against Thailand at the Udayana Cricket Ground in T20I cricket. Compatriot Danilson Hawoe is second on the list with 15 T20I wickets in just as many matches at this venue.
Highest individual score
Thailand cricket team captain Austin Lazarus holds the record for the highest individual score at the Udayana Cricket Ground in T20 cricket. Batting at number four, Austin Lazarus slammed 95 runs off just 66 balls against Indonesia in the first T20I in May 2024. Lazarus’ knock was laced with three fours and eight sixes. His brilliant knock helped Thailand post 137/8 in their 20 overs. In reply, Indonesia could only manage 129/7 in their allotted overs as Thailand registered an eight-run victory in Bali.
Best bowling figures
Indonesia pacer Gaurav Tiwari has the best bowling figures at this venue in the T20I format. The right-arm medium pacer registered match-winning figures of 4/12 against Thailand in the third T20I of a five-match series in May 2024. Defending 126, Gaurav Tiwari dismissed Jandre Coetzee, Satarut Rungrueang, Yodsak Saranonnakkun and Sarawut Maliwan to restrict Thailand for 93/9 in their 20 overs. Earlier, Indonesia scored 126/9 in their allotted overs. Tiwari’s brilliant spell guided Indonesia to a 33-run win.
Highest partnership
Cambodia’s Ram Sharan and Lakshit Gupta hold the record for the highest partnership at the Udayana Cricket Ground in T20I cricket. During the third T20I of Cambodia’s tour of Indonesia in November 2023, Ram Sharan and Lakshit Gupta stitched an impressive 145-run stand for the second wicket to help Cambodia chase down 157 in 18.2 overs. Lakshit Gupta scored 55 while Ram Sharan remained unbeaten on 86 to guide Cambodia to an eight-wicket victory in Bali. Earlier, Indonesia scored 156/5 in their 20 overs.
