Team Rajasthan will hope to put an end to Team Lucknow’s three-match unbeaten run when the two sides meet in match 20 of the Indian T20 League 2022 on Sunday, April 10 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The match will start at 7:30 PM IST.

New entrants Lucknow have exceeded expectations this season, having won their last three matches since the five-wicket loss to Gujarat. On the contrary, Rajasthan are coming on the back of a disappointing defeat against Bangalore.

Rajasthan vs Lucknow key player battles

Jos Buttler vs Avesh Khan

Rajasthan opener Jos Buttler has made a scintillating start to the new Indian T20 League season, having scored 205 runs in three innings already. This includes a half-century as well as a quickfire ton.

The England batter will aim to continue his rich run of form against Delhi by adding more misery to a certain Avesh Khan’s fate. The two - Buttler and Avesh Khan - have squared off in as many as three innings in the past, with the batter scoring 35 runs off just 11 balls. This translates to a strike rate of 318.18.

The Lucknow bowler has never dismissed Buttler in the Indian T20 League.

Sanju Samson vs Krunal Pandya

Like his teammate Jos Buttler, Rajasthan captain Sanju Samson has a great record against most of Lucknow’s bowlers, but nothing comes close to his return against Krunal Pandya.

Samson and Pandya have played a total of seven Indian T20 League innings against each other, with the former scoring a whopping 72 runs off just 46 balls. The Rajasthan skipper is yet to be dismissed by Pandya in the league.

KL Rahul vs Trent Boult

Unlike most of the batters out there, Lucknow skipper KL Rahul has a rather positive record against veteran pacer Trent Boult in the Indian T20 League.

Although the Kiwi international has dismissed Rahul once in the league, it has come at a cost of 78 runs off a mere 40 deliveries at a strike rate of 195.00.
