The Indian contingent capped off a forgettable Day 11 at Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
The men's hockey team put up a spirited fight against Belgium, but a decisive fourth quarter propelled the world champions into the final with a 5-2 win over the Men in Blue.
Elsewhere, Annu Rani (javelin throw), Sonam Malik (Sonam Malik) and Tajinderpal Singh Toor (shot put) failed to qualify for the next round and suffered pre-mature exits.
