Leading the attack for Bengaluru Bulls, Pawan Kumar Sehrawat has left almost every other raider in his wake by piling up records one after the other. He is the most successful raider in the ongoing season and the defenders have started dreading the sight of him on the mat. Recently, Sehrawat delivered a masterclass in raiding, creating history as he garnered a record 39 points in a single match against the Haryana Steelers.

The ‘Hi-Flyer’ has been one of the driving factors for the success of Bengaluru Bulls, and the 23-year-old is tipped to end the season with the most raid points in his kitty. Here, we list his top three performances of the season so far when he took Bengaluru over the finish line almost single-handedly.

Bengaluru Bulls vs Telugu Titans

(23 points)

Witnessing two sublime raiders — Pawan Sehrawat and Siddharth Desai — going toe-to-toe surely left the fans gasping for breath. The encounter between Bengaluru Bulls and Telugu Titans was closely contested and never gave signs of a clear winner till the very last minute. Although, it was Pawan who emerged victorious instead of Desai.

The scores were tied at 38-38 when Pawan pulled off a Super Raid to hand his team a scintillating victory over the Titans. Desai was equally effective as he brought his team back in the game when they were reeling at 27-35 with two phenomenal raids, levelling the scores in the process. But it was indeed Pawan who delivered an extraordinary second half performance and scooped away a narrow victory.

Bengaluru Bulls vs Bengal Warriors

(29 points)

Pawan was up and running once again in the encounter against Bengal Warriors at the Patliputra Indoor Stadium in Patna. Out of the 43 points scored by Bengaluru, Pawan accounted for 29 points as he single-handedly rose to the occasion and helped his team overcome a 11-point deficit.

The star raider scored almost 68% points for his team and came as a guiding angel in their time of need. Pawan spearheaded the Bengaluru attack with conviction and completed seven straight successful raids on the night. The 23-year-old was absolutely unstoppable, and his explosive performance on the mat propelled Bengaluru past a strong opponent.

Bengaluru Bulls vs Haryana Steelers

(39 points)

An out and out masterpiece, Pawan’s spellbinding performance against Haryana Steelers will be the benchmark against which all future raiding performances will be measured. It was indeed a statement that Bengaluru rides high on Pawan’s robust approach and are ready for the playoffs. The ‘Hi-Flyer’ ensured that his team booked their playoff spot in style as he went on to become the player with most raid points in a single match in Pro Kabaddi’s history, leaving Pardeep Narwal’s record behind.
