The Kratijyot Mahila Pratishthan Yuva Kabaddi Series Inter District Youth League 2024 is scheduled to start on March 5 and run till April 6 in Pune.
As many as 16 district level men’s teams will compete in the KMP Yuva Kabaddi Inter District Youth League 2024. Players who are born on or after April 7, 2001, will be eligible to participate in the YKS tournament.
These participating teams will be divided into two pools of eight teams each.
Ahmednagar District, Beed District, Dhule District, Jalna District, Mumbai Shahar, Nanded District, Raigad District and Ratnagiri District are the teams in Pool A.
Teams in Pool B will be announced later by the organisers.
In the group stage, each team will play the other seven sides in their Pool once in a single round-robin format.
In both the pools, the top four teams will advance to the Promotion Round while the four bottom-placed teams will move to the Relegation Round.
Each team will play seven matches in the Promotion Round, 28 matches in total. All teams in the Promotion Round will advance to the Summit Round.
Similar to the Promotion Round, each team in the Relegation Round will play seven matches. The top two teams in the Relegation Round will progress to the Summit Round and play all eliminator matches. The other six teams will be eliminated.
A total of 10 teams will compete in the Summit Round from April 3-6. As many as 15 matches will be played in this stage to determine the winner.
All matches in the KMP Yuva Kabaddi Inter District Youth League 2024 will be played at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Balewadi, Pune.
Ahmednagar District are the defending champions of the KMP Yuva Kabaddi Inter District Youth League after beating Nashik District 44-40 in the 2023 final.

Live streaming of the KMP Yuva Kabaddi Inter District Youth League 2024 will be available on the FanCode app and website in India.
There will be no live telecast of the men’s youth kabaddi tournament on any TV channel in India.
