The Pro Kabaddi Season 10 retained players list was announced on Monday, August 7.
A total of 84 players have been retained across three categories with 22 from the Elite Retained Players (ERP) category, 24 in the Retained Young Players (RYP) category and 38 in the Existing New Young Players (ENYP) category.
The non-retained players, which include star players such as Maninder Singh, Pawan Sehrawat and Vikash Kandola will go under the hammer in the Pro Kabaddi Season 10 player auction. The PKL Season 10 player auction will be held from September 8-9 in Mumbai.
U.P. Yoddhas have retained star raider Pardeep Narwal, while Aslam Mustafa Inamdar has been retained by Puneri Paltan.
Meanwhile, the PKL Season 9 Most Valuable Player award winner - Arjun Deshwal has been retained by Jaipur Pink Panthers.
Tamil Thalaivas are the team that has retained the most number of players. They have made nine retentions, including PKL Season 9’s breakout star Narender.
Haryana Steelers, Patna Pirates, and Puneri Paltan are the teams that follow Tamil Thalaivas in terms of retentions made having retained seven players each.
Gujarat Giants, on the other hand, is the team with the fewest retentions having only retained three of the players from their squad last season. Here’s the complete list of Pro Kabaddi Season 9 retained players.
