A London derby is just around the corner as Tottenham square off against Chelsea at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League 2022-23 on Sunday, February 26. The match will kick off at 7:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).

Both teams will be eager to get a win under the belt and neutrals can expect a high-octane contest with these two sides playing their parts in several blockbuster London derbies over the years.

The two sides have met 174 times across all competitions with Chelsea boasting the superior head-to-head in matches between the teams with 77 wins. Spurs have come out on top in 55 matches while 42 encounters between the teams have ended in draws.

TOT vs CHE Dream11 prediction for Premier League 2022-23

While both sides will be keen to collect three points come Sunday, the smart money will be on Tottenham considering the recent form of both teams. While Spurs have won three and lost two of their last five games, Chelsea have just one win in their last five league games coupled with three draws and a loss in their most recent outing.

Chelsea, in fact, find themselves in an unenviable position in the standings having collected 31 points from 23 games, which puts them 10th in the standings. Tottenham, on the other hand, are in the top four in the standings with 42 points from 24 games.

They will back themselves to get the better of an underwhelming Chelsea team after playing out a 2-2 draw against the Blues away from home earlier in the campaign.

TOT vs CHE Dream11 team tips for Premier League 2022-23

Top tip: Best forward - Harry Kane

Harry Kane is undoubtedly the go-to striker for fantasy enthusiasts as he bids to add to his goal-scoring record against Chelsea. Kane has already bagged seven goals as well as two assists against the Blues in all competitions and he’ll want to add to that tally on Sunday. He has 19 goals and three assists across all competitions and it will take a brave man to bet against him getting on the scoresheet against Chelsea’s brittle defence.

Top tip: Best midfielder - Son Heung-min

Despite the fact that he’s not enjoying the most prolific season in front of goal, Son Heung-min could prove to be a wise pick in the midfield slot for Tottenham Hotspur. The Spurs midfielder has managed just five goals and provided three assists in the league all campaign. However, he’s shown signs of rediscovering his form of late and scored a goal in his last league outing after making a cameo appearance. Up against an underconfident Chelsea defence, Son could prove to be a game-changer for Spurs from midfield having previously found the back of the net against the Blues twice.

Top tip: Best defender - Thiago Silva

A rock at the back that has kept Chelsea’s difficult season from sinking even lower, Thiago Silva makes for a wise pick in any fantasy football team. The Brazilian defender comes with an assured presence at the back and gives an added sense of security to the rest of his teammates. He’s also capable of contributing to attacking set-pieces and makes for a smart addition to your fantasy football team.

Top tip: Best goalkeeper - Kepa Arrizabalaga

In between the sticks, Chelsea custodian Kepa Arrizabalaga should be your pick for the goal-keeping spot in your football fantasy team. The Spanish shot-stopper is likely to be kept busy by Spurs’ frontline which will be buoyed by their home support. As a result, Kepa should be expected to make more saves which in turn will lead to more fantasy points for you.
