La Liga giants Real Madrid will look to advance to the quarter-final stage of the UEFA Champions League 2020-21 season, as they host Serie A side, Atalanta, in the round of 16 second leg at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano in Madrid on Wednesday, March 17.
Real Madrid, 13-time UCL champions, come to the fixture with an away-goal advantage after Ferland Mendy’s 86th-minute strike had given them a late win at Stadio di Bergamo last month.

On the other hand, Atalanta are facing a Spanish opponent in the UCL for just the second time, since their historic encounter against Valencia last term, where they prevailed with an 8-4 aggregate win.
Real Madrid team news
Real Madrid Zinedine Zidane will be without a host of star players for the important fixture. Side back Dani Carvajal, midfielder Casemiro, and forwards Eden Hazard and Mariano Diaz will not play the second leg due to injuries. Mendy, the matchwinner in the first leg, is one booking away from suspension.
