The England national football team will lock horns with North Macedonia in their final UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers at the Tose Proeski Arena in Skopje, North Macedonia. The Group C MCD vs ENG match will start at 1:15 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) on Tuesday, November 21.
With five wins and one draw, England have already secured qualification at UEFA Euro 2024. The Three Lions are currently placed at the top of the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers Group C standings with 16 points from six games.
Under manager Gareth Southgate, England will host Malta at the Wembley Stadium on Saturday (as per IST) before concluding their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign against North Macedonia.
On the other hand, the North Macedonia national football team are currently placed fourth in the Group C standings with seven points from six games.
The Blagoja Milevski-coached North Macedonia need to win their remaining two qualifying games against Italy and England to keep their Euro 2024 playoffs hope alive.
Having accumulated 13 points from seven matches, Ukraine are currently placed second in the Group C standings, followed by Italy with 10 points from six games.
Ahead of the final two qualifying fixtures, England have several injury concerns.
The likes of Jude Bellingham , John Stones, Luke Shaw, Ben Chilwell, Reece James, Lewis Dunk, James Maddison, Callum Wilson and Levi Colwill are unavailable due to injuries. Furthermore, Marcus Rashford and Kalvin Phillips are ruled out due to personal reasons.
Meanwhile, North Macedonia will miss the services of their regular captain Stefan Ristovski after he withdrew from the squad owing to a rift with head coach Milevski.
