After an underwhelming campaign last season which saw them finish fifth in the Premier League standings and miss out on UEFA Champions League football, Liverpool will be eager to have a strong pre-season tour in a bid to hit the ground running once the league season gets underway.

Having travelled to Thailand and Singapore for their pre-season ahead of the 2022-23 campaign, Liverpool’s pre-season tour 2023 will get underway with them travelling to Germany.

Their first pre-season tour in 2023 pits them against second-division German outfit Karlsruher on Wednesday, July 19.

Jurgen Klopp’s men’s second pre-season tour 2023 game will be against another second-division German club in Furth on Monday, July 24.

The Reds will then travel to Singapore for a clash against recently relegated outfit Leicester City at the National Stadium in Singapore on Sunday, July 30.

Liverpool’s final pre-season game before they fly back to England for the start of their Premier League campaign will be against German heavyweights Bayern Munich at the same venue in Singapore on Wednesday, August 2.

The Merseyside outfit have had plenty of outgoings since the end of last season with the likes of Roberto Firmino, Naby Keita, James Milner, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all departing from the club having enjoyed plenty of success during their stint with the Reds.

In terms of incomings, Argentine World Cup Alexis Mac Allister has already signed for Liverpool and is set to be a part of the team’s midfield engine room in the upcoming campaign.
