Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea will begin their Premier League 2022-23 campaign with an away game against Frank Lampard’s Everton on Saturday, August 6.

The Blues will then embark on their first major assignment of the season as they host Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur in their first home game of Premier League 2022-23 season at Stamford Bridge on August 13.

Chelsea’s August itinerary includes five matches, of which three are away fixtures.

The Blues have three important fixtures in September. Apart from back-to-back London derbies against West Ham (H) and Fulham (A), Chelsea will entertain Liverpool at home.

October is, in fact, going to be the busiest month of Chelsea’s EPL schedule in 2022. Starting off with a trip to Crystal Palace, the Blues are scheduled to play Wolves, Aston Villa, Brentford, Manchester United and Brighton in quick succession.

Owing to the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, Chelsea will play only four matches across November and December. Arsenal’s visit to Stamford Bridge (November 5) and a first league game against Nottingham Forest in 23 years on New Year’s Eve will be the games to watch.

Chelsea will ring in the 2023 new year with a home game against Manchester City (January 2) while they end the month away at Anfield against Liverpool.

Barring the reverse legs of their London derbies against Fulham and West Ham, Chelsea’s major league assignment in February is an away game at Tottenham Hotspur.

The month of April sees the Blues play their final set of games against any of the Big Six teams. They will visit Old Trafford to play Manchester United on April 22, while taking a seven-mile trip to the Emirates Stadium to face Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal on April 29.

Chelsea will conclude their campaign on May 28 at home against Newcastle.
