Top players from around the world will be returning to their respective clubs after a tiring international break. While some shone in their national outfits several failed to recreate the same magic as they did for their clubs.

This can create a dilemma in the mind of all fantasy managers, as to whom to include in your team of the week, but here are we to simplify selections for you. We have narrowed down five players who should definitely find a place in your Nostragamus fantasy team this week.

SERGIO AGUERO

Club: Manchester City

Match: Crystal Palace vs Manchester City

Aguero will be the key player for defending Premier League champions City as they face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park in London. Aguero has registered eight goals and two assists in eight appearances this season and will be the prime candidate to hit the back of the net.

However, one thing that Pep Guardiola needs to be wary of is to ensure Palace don’t take advantage of their shaky defence. Having lost the likes of Aymeric Laporte to injury, City’s backing remained exposed in their 2-0 loss to Wolves. With a tricky fixture upfront, Aguero needs to ensure that goals are scored upfront so that even if some are conceded, a win is secured.

MASON MOUNT

Club: Chelsea

Match:  Chelsea vs Newcastle United

Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount’s growing influence could reignite interest from fantasy managers this week with a favourable fixture against Newcastle on the cards. Mount has already scored four goals in eight appearances in his debut Premier League season and has become a key man in Frank Lampard’s midfield.

Lampard is developing Mount into a playmaker similar to what he was in his playing days at Stamford Bridge. The 20-year-old has enough potential which is sure to aid his team when Newcastle comes calling. t chemistry Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham are developing right now.

JAMIE VARDY

Club: Leicester City

Match: Leicester City vs Burnley FC

Leicester, who currently sit fourth in the Premier League points table, are looking in great touch under manager Brendan Rodgers. Though they lost out to Liverpool closely, their wins over Tottenham and Newcastle are sure to give them enough confidence when they meet Burnley. And the player who would be leading the Foxes’ charge is none other than Jamie Vardy.

Players like midfielder James Maddison also possesses a big threat, but Vardy’s form has been Leicester’s main weapon. He already has scored five goals and registered an assist to his name and with the match to be played at their home, the 32-year-old is sure to steal the show.

SADIO MANE

Club: Liverpool

Match: Manchester United vs Liverpool

In the most high-profile clash this weekend, table toppers Liverpool will pay a visit to Old Trafford to meet a struggling Manchester United. With eight points clear atop the Premier League team,  Liverpool will be keen to extend their unbeaten run to increase the gap from second-placed Man City.

And the player who can lead their charge at Old Trafford is none other than Sadio Mane. The Senegalese is almost unstoppable on the left-wing and United need a class act from Aaron Wan-Bissaka if they want to thwart his advances. Mane has already scored 25 goals from open play, the most by any Premier League player in 2019.

RIYAD MAHREZ

Club: Manchester City

Match: Crystal Palace vs Manchester City

Guardiola will be planning to go all-out in attack against Palace to ensure the shaky defence doesn’t lose them the match yet again. In a squad filled with world-class attackers, Mahrez looks like one on whom the club can rely on.

He has already scored two goals this season, both coming from set-pieces, alongside providing three assists. The 2015-16 PFA Player of the Year looks high on confidence that is sure to worry Palace’s defence and give hope to all the fantasy managers.

Now, it's time to start creating your Fantasy team. Head to Nostragamus for more details.
