The Skyesports BGMI Champions Series 2024 Grand Finals began on March 5 and will run till March 10.
Organised by leading eSports tournament organiser Skyesports, as many as 16 teams are competing online in the Skyesports BGMI Champions Series 2024 Grand Finals.
Entity, Team Tamilas, IqooSoul, Reckoning Esports, TeamXSpark, Chemin Esports, Orangutan, Medal Esports, Blind Esports, Dragon Esports, WSB Gaming, Revenant, CS Esports, Hydra Official, Aerobotz Esports and Windgod Esports are the teams that are battling for the title.
These teams advanced to the grand finals from the Skyesports BGMI Champions Series 2024 semi-finals that took place from February 28 to March 4.
Earlier, registration for the open qualifiers were completed through the discord channel of Skyesports.
A total of 32 teams participated in the quarter-finals. These teams were split into two groups of 16 teams each. The top nine teams from each group advanced to the semi-finals. These teams were divided into three groups of eight teams each.
The Skyesports BGMI Champions Series 2024 grand finals will be a six-day affair with each team playing a total of 36 matches, six matches each on every matchday.
The team finishing on top of the standings after all the 36 matches are over will clinch the Skyesports BGMI Champions Series 2024 title.
The Skyesports BGMI Champions Series 2024 has a total prize pool of INR 10 lakh. The winner of the BGMI tournament will receive a cash prize of INR 5 lakh while the runner-up will get INR 2.5 lakh.
The third-placed and fourth-placed teams will get INR 1 lakh and INR 50,000, respectively.
Furthermore, the most valuable player (MVP) of the competition will bag INR 10,000 while the team with the most Winner Winner Chicken Dinner (WWCD) will receive INR 15,000.
