The CS:GO Asia Championships 2023 is scheduled to be held from November 8 to November 12 in Shanghai, China.

Organised by Perfect World, the CS:GO Asia Championships 2023 is an offline Chinese Counter-Strike 2 S-Tier tournament.

As many as eight top Counter-Strike teams will compete in the high-profile eSports competition. 

The Group Stage of the tournament will be held at the Perfect World Esports Center, while the Playoffs will take place at the Yuanshen Stadium. 

CS:GO Asia Championships 2023 format

The CS:GO Asia Championships 2023 will be staged in two phases - Group Stage and Playoffs.

The eight participating teams are divided into two double-elimination groups. As per the schedule, opening matches will be in a best-of-one format, while all following matches will be contested in a best-of-three series.

The top three teams from each group will progress to the Playoffs.

The Group Stage winners will automatically advance to the semi-finals, while the runners-up progress to the quarter-finals as the High Seeds and the third-placed teams advance to the quarter-finals as the Low Seeds.

The playoffs will be held in a single-elimination bracket. All matches will be played in a best-of-three series.

CS:GO Asia Championships 2023 prize pool

The CS:GO Asia Championships 2023 has a total prize pool of $500,000 USD.

The winner of the competition will receive half of the total prize pool, that is $250,000 USD.

The runner-up will get $100,000 USD, while the third and fourth-placed teams will bag $50,000 USD each.
