The COD Mobile World Championship 2024 will start on April 18 and run till October 6.
Organised by Activision and ESL, the COD Mobile World Championship 2024 will be staged in five phases.
Wolves Esports won the previous edition of the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship in 2023. India’s GodLike finished second while Luminosity Gaming were third.
COD Mobile World Championship 2024 dates and format
The regional qualifiers for the COD Mobile World Championship 2024 World Finals will be held in five regions - North America, Latin America, Europe, India and Japan.
Meanwhile, teams from China and Southeast Asia will be selected for the World Finals from their separate regional tournaments.
The COD Mobile World Championship 2024 will kick off with the Open Solo Qualifiers to be held from April 18 to May 8.
Participants will take part in ranked matches to accumulate points in the initial round.
Later, players will need to create their own teams and compete in the second stage - the Open Team Qualifiers to be staged from May 11-25.
The third stage of the competition named the Snapdragon Mobile Open Finals will be held in June and July.
The Snapdragon Mobile Open Finals will see teams clash in a double-elimination bracket. The top eight teams from this round will advance to the fourth stage called the Challenge Season to be played in two rounds from June to August.
The marquee tournament will conclude with the COD Mobile World Championship 2024 World Finals to be held from October 4-6. As many as 16 teams will compete in the World Finals to be hosted at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, United States.

COD Mobile World Championship 2024 prize pool
The COD Mobile World Championship 2024 will offer a total prize pool of a whopping USD 1,150,000.
The total prize pool for the World Finals will be USD 1,000,000, same as the 2023 edition.
