Gladiator Esports emerged as Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 winners after the marquee event concluded at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium in Mumbai, Maharashtra on Sunday, October 15.

Organised by KRAFTON, Gladiator Esports produced consistent performances to pip Big Brother Esports by nine points to clinch the second edition of the BGIS eSports tournament.

Without a single chicken dinner, the Gladiator Esports’ victorious squad of Parth Garg (DeltaPG), Ammar Khan (Destro), Justin Nadar (Justin) and Pawan Kumar (SHOGUN) accumulated 200 points in the BGIS 2023 Grand Finals.

With the win, Gladiator Esports bagged a cash prize of INR 75 lakh as the tournament offered a total prize pool of INR 2 crore.

Meanwhile, Gladiator Esports’ Destro clinched his second BGIS title, having won the inaugural edition of the tournament with Skylightz Esports in 2021.

On the other hand, Big Brother Esports finished as BGIS 2023 runners-up with 191 points.

Having finished second in the competition, Big Brother Esports won a cash prize of INR 37,50,000. Get BGIS 2023 prize pool distribution.

BGIS 2023 special awards winners

Gladiators’ DeltaPG won the Most Valuable Player award at BGIS 2023. He was awarded a cash prize of INR 4,00,000. Here are the other BGIS 2023 special award winners.

Furthermore, the top eight performers of the BGIS 2023 Grand Finals have been selected for the BGMI India vs South Korea event to be held from October 26 to 28.
