The Valletta Cup 2022 will be held from May 10 to May 15 in Malta.
Featuring six teams, Valletta Cup is a multi-nation T20 cricket tournament which will witness 18 matches being played across six days.
Apart from hosts Malta, the teams participating in Valletta Cup 2022 are Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Gibraltar, Hungary and Romania.
As per the format, the T20 tournament will be played in a round-robin format followed by the playoffs and the final. On the final day of the tournament on May 15, the fifth-place play-off, a third-place play-off and the Valletta Cup 2022 final are scheduled.
All matches of Valletta Cup 2022 will be played at Marsa Sports Club.
Malta head into the tournament as the defending champions, having won the inaugural edition last year by beating Switzerland in the final.
