At the very mention of Yuvraj Singh's name, fans will fondly mention his six sixes in an over against England in the 2007 T20 World Cup. Tonight, the former India all-rounder rolled back the years and smashed four sixes in four balls against South Africa Legends in the ongoing Road Safety World Series.

Coming in to bat at No. 4 in the 14th over, the left-hander started off with 15 runs off 12 deliveries for India Legends before his carnage began in the 18th over. Facing Zander de Bruyn, Yuvraj took a dot off the first delivery before smashing four successive sixes in the next four balls. At the end of the 18th over, the 39-year-old was batting with 38 runs off 18 deliveries and took just three balls to reach his fifty.

Earlier, Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar notched his first 50-plus score in the tournament with support from S Badrinath, who retired hurt at 42. Riding on Yuvraj and Sachin's valuable knocks, India posted a comfortable score of 204/3 in their allotted 20 overs.

Here's how Twitter reacted to the southpaw's stormy knock:
