Zimbabwe women will take on Bangladesh women in a three-match ODI series at home starting from November 10. The series will conclude on November 15.

The hosts recently suffered a 1-3 ODI series defeat to Ireland women at home in October and will be looking to make amends under Mary-Anne Musonda’s captaincy.

On the other hand, Bangladesh women will participate in their first international tour since the T20 World Cup in February-March 2021. Their last ODI outing was a two-match series against Pakistan women that was tied 1-1 in November 2019.

The upcoming series in Zimbabwe will serve as perfect preparation for the upcoming 50-over World Cup Qualifiers that will be held in Harare from November 21 to December 5.

After over a year in Zimbabwe, fans will return to cheer their team on from the stadium for the first time since January 2020 after a statement from the country’s cricketing body allowed a maximum of 1,000 vaccinated spectators for the matches.

All games of the three-match ODI series between Zimbabwe women and Bangladesh women will be played at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.
