Zimbabwe Women vs Thailand Women, ODIs 2023: Get full schedule and know where to watch live in India

Zimbabwe women’s cricket team will play a three-match ODI series against hosts Thailand at Terdthai Cricket Ground in Bangkok starting Wednesday, April 19. The matches will be available on live streaming in India.

The two teams have faced each other several times previously with some matches counting as unofficial in 2021 since the Thai women’s team only earned its ODI status in 2022. 

Thailand beat hosts Zimbabwe 2-1 in a three-match T20I series in 2021 but suffered defeats in a quadrangular series match in Dubai and in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier in Abu Dhabi last year.

As far as the ICC women’s rankings for ODIs are concerned, Thailand women sit firmly above their Zimbabwean counterparts. While Thailand is eighth in the ICC ODI rankings, Zimbabwe is 13th, meaning the former will be slight favourites to emerge victorious in the 50-over series.

All three matches of the upcoming bilateral series will be played at the Terdthai Cricket Ground. The Thai team will be led by batter Naruemol Chaiwai. The Zimbabwe squad for the series is yet to be announced by Zimbabwe Cricket. 

The second game of the series will be played on Friday, April 21 while the series will conclude on Sunday, April 23. After the conclusion of the ODI series, these two teams will also compete in a four-match T20I series.
