The Sri Lanka national cricket team (SL) will square off against West Indies (WI) in the final Super Sixes game of the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023 on Friday, July 7. The match will be played at Harare Sports Club from 12:30 PM IST.

SL vs WI Dream11 prediction for ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers 2023

Led by captain Dasun Shanaka, Sri Lanka became the first team to qualify for the ICC World Cup 2023 from the ongoing qualifiers.

With eight points from four matches, Sri Lanka are currently placed at the top of the Super Sixes standings with a net run-rate of +1.817. They will look to continue their unbeaten run in the ongoing qualifiers and consolidate their place at the top of the Super Sixes standings ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023 final on Sunday.

On the other hand, two-time winners West Indies have failed to qualify for the ICC World Cup for the first time in the tournament's history. They were knocked out of the qualification race after losing to Scotland by seven wickets in their Super Sixes clash.

With just two points from four matches, the West Indies cricket team is placed fifth in the Super Sixes standings and will aim to end their campaign with a win over Sri Lanka.

West Indies have a slight edge over Sri Lanka in their head-to-head record in ODI cricket, winning 31 of the 63 matches. Sri Lanka have registered 29 victories so far.

However, going by recent form, Sri Lanka will start as favourites against West Indies in Harare on Friday.
