The Singapore women's national cricket team will lock horns with Myanmar Women in a three-match T20 international series starting on Thursday, August 27 in Singapore.

Ranked 46th in the ICC Women’s T20I rankings, Singapore head into the upcoming T20I series after losing to Malaysia by eight wickets at the Southeast Asian Games 2023 Playoff held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Singapore Women have announced their 14-member squad to be led by wicketkeeper-batter Shafina Mahesh.

On the other hand, the Myanmar women's national cricket team will aim to put on an improved performance after being knocked out in the group stage of the Southeast Asian Games 2023.

Young wicketkeeper-batter Zar Win will captain Myanmar in the upcoming series.

As per the Myanmar Women tour of Singapore 2023 schedule, all three T20Is will be played at the Indian Association Ground on August 24, 26 and 27.

The Zar Win-led Myanmar Women’s team earlier registered a 2-0 T20I series win against Singapore Women in April 2019.
