Ajman Heroes bounced back from their back-to-back defeats against Colatta Chocolates and MGM Cricket Club. 

Led by captain Adnan ul Mulk Nawab, Ajman Heroes beat V Eleven by five runs in their previous fixture. Wajahat Rasool (38) and Adnan Arif (20) powered Ajman Heroes to 94/7 in their allotted 10 overs. Later, Wajahat Rasool picked three wickets to restrict V Eleven to 89/6 in their 10 overs.

With two points from three matches, Ajman Heroes finished fourth in Group A standings.

On the other hand,  Fair Deal Defenders suffered a 17-run defeat against Brother Gas in their previous match. Chasing a target of 119, Fair Deal Defenders could only manage 101/6 in their 10 overs. Mohammed Azhar and Umer Farooq bagged two wickets each for Brother Gas. 

Earlier, Jiju Janardhanan’s unbeaten 48 off 28 balls and Usman Khan’s 14-ball 27 helped Brother Gas post 118/3 in their 10 overs.

The Muhammad Yasir-led Fair Deal Defenders finished fifth in group cross standings with two points from three matches.
