Nellai Royal Kings (NRK) will lock horns with Siechem Madurai Panthers (SMP) in the Eliminator of Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) 2023 at SCF Cricket Ground in Salem, Tamil Nadu on Saturday, July 8. The match will start at 7:15 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).
Led by captain Arun Karthik, Nellai Royal Kings qualified for the TNPL 2023 playoffs after finishing third in the standings. NRK registered five wins and two losses to end the league phase with 10 points.
On the other hand, Siechem Madurai Panthers defeated IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans by four runs in their last league match to secure the final spot in the TNPL 2023 playoffs. With four victories and three defeats, the Hari Nishanth-led SMP finished fourth in the standings with eight points.
