The Namibia national cricket team will host Zimbabwe in a five-match T20 international series starting on Tuesday, October 24.

As per the Namibia vs Zimbabwe T20I 2023 schedule, all five T20Is will be played at the Wanderers Cricket Ground in Windhoek.

Ranked 13th in the ICC Men’s T20I rankings, Namibia will head into the upcoming series high on confidence after thrashing Uganda 4-0 in a four-match T20I series in July.

The hosts have announced a formidable squad to be led by captain Gerhard Erasmus against Zimbabwe. Jonathan Smit has been named the vice-captain.

On the other hand, the Zimbabwe national cricket team will look to bounce back after missing out on qualification for the ICC World Cup 2023 held in India.

Zimbabwe earlier finished fourth in the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers 2023 with three wins and two losses.

Led by captain Craig Ervine, world’s 11th ranked T20I side, Zimbabwe, have also announced their 16-member T20I squad.

The likes of Sikandar Raza, Sean Williams, Blessing Muzarabani, Wellington Masakadza, Ryan Burl and Tendai Chatara have been included for the five-match T20I series.
