The Warriors are coming off a four-wicket defeat to table-toppers Surrey Kings. After being put to bat first, Cornwall Warriors managed to score 75/6 in their allotted 10 overs. Shalome Parnell was the dangerman as he registered an impressive haul of three wickets for a mere eight runs.

Kings, in reply, stormed to 76/6 in 8.3 overs with Andre McCarthy playing a match-winning knock of 22 runs off 11 balls.

Surrey Royals, meanwhile, slumped to a 26-run loss at the hands of Surrey Risers. Sadique Henry’s 27-ball 39 helped the Risers post a first innings total of 88/5 and in reply, the Royals could only manage 62/9, with Raewin Senior the top scorer (24 runs off 12 balls). Oshane Thomas was the most economical bowler of the match as he picked up three wickets for nine runs to help the Risers return to winning ways.
