IND vs SCO Dream11 prediction
India registered their first win of the T20 World Cup 2021 on Wednesday, November 3 when they got the better of Afghanistan by 66 runs. The win pushed them to fourth spot in the points table in the group, but the team’s qualification hopes are still dependent on how New Zealand fare in their next couple of matches.
As for Scotland, the team is still winless in the competition, having lost all of their Super 12 matches. They sit at the bottom of the standings with a net run rate of -2.645; the worst among all remaining teams in the competition.
Virat Kohli’s men have the momentum and will be the outright favourites to win the contest on Friday.
IND vs SCO Dream11 team tips for ICC T20 World Cup 2021
Top tip: Best batter
India opener Rohit Sharma was in scorching form against Afghanistan. The 34-year-old scored 74 runs off just 47 balls to accrue 104 fantasy points from the match. Scotland’s bowling attack has been misfiring in the competition and Rohit Sharma could well and truly capitalize on the opportunity.
Top tip: Best bowlers
India’s Ravichandran Ashwin was unplayable against Afghanistan. The spinner took two wickets as he conceded 14 runs from his four overs and ended the match with a tally of 84 fantasy points. Considering the form he is in, Ashwin is highly likely to retain his place in India’s playing XI, making him a top-notch bowling choice for this contest.
Top tip: Best all-rounder and wicket-keeper
Michael Leask of Scotland is a quality all-rounder. The 31-year-old has scored 86 runs in three innings so far and has picked two wickets as well. He might have failed against Afghanistan, but Leask returned with a bang against Namibia and New Zealand, accumulating an impressive 189 fantasy points from those two games.
For a wicket-keeper, India’s Rishabh Pant is the safest option to go with. The 24-year-old gloveman has made it to the Dream Team in all of his three matches in the competition, accruing a total of 113 fantasy points in total.
