The ICC Womens T20 World Cup Europe Division 2 Qualifier, 2023 will begin on Monday, May 9 and end on Friday, June 2.

This qualifier tournament is a part of the qualification process for the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup.

An expanded qualification pathway for women’s cricket in Europe, this upcoming tournament will be the first time that a second division has been included as more teams battle to make it to the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup.

The first stage of the tournament is the upcoming ICC Womens T20 World Cup Europe Division 2 Qualifier, 2023, which will be held in Jersey with six teams battling to qualify. These six nations are host Jersey,  France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, and Turkey. 

All of these teams will compete against each other once in a round-robin format and the top two sides in the standings at the end of the competition’s 15 matches will advance to the Division 1 qualifiers that will take place in September.

Division 1 will be made up of Scotland and Netherlands along with the two sides that qualify from Division 2. 

These teams will face off against each other and the top two teams from Divison 1 will move on to the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier alongside Sri Lanka, Ireland, and six other regional qualifiers.

However, first up will be the Division 2 European qualifiers and the two venues in Jersey that will host these encounters are the Grainville Cricket Ground in St Saviour and the FB Playing Fields in St Clement.
