The International Cricket Council (ICC) is hosting the T20 World Cup Europe Qualifiers for European nations to stand a chance at the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. It is divided into three groups - A, B and C - and the qualifiers will start on July 12, Tuesday.
The ICC Men's T20 World Cup Sub Regional Europe Qualifier Group A 2022 has 10 teams - Croatia, Finland, Cyprus, Italy, Greece, Isle of Man, Romania, Serbia, Sweden and Turkey - and are divided into groups 1 and 2. Finland’s Vantaa and Kerava will host the matches.
This qualifier is scheduled to happen over one week with the final being played on Tuesday, 19 July. 24 matches will be played including four deciders - one for the seventh place, fifth place, third place and top position each.
ICC Men's T20 World Cup Sub Regional Europe Qualifier Group B 2022 will follow next and is scheduled for July 24 between 10 teams - Austria, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, France, Bulgaria, Estonia, Guernsey, Norway, Switzerland and Slovenia.
