Organised by Guyana Cricket Board (GCB), the Guyana T10 Blast 2024 is all set to get underway from April 23 and continue till May 12.
The inaugural edition of the tournament will see six teams compete against each other twice in a double round-robin format and the top four sides after all the league matches will progress to the semi-finals.
The six teams participating in this 10-over tournament are Berbice Piranhas, Essequibo Anacondas, Berbice Caimans, Demerara Hawks, Demerara Pitbulls, and Essequibo Jaguars.
A total of 34 games will be played over the course of the three-week long tournament and the final will be held May 13.
All matches in this tournament will be played at the Enmore ground in East Coast Demerara, Guyana with double headers lined up on each day during the league stage.
Kevin Sinclair, Veerasammy Permaul, Taganarine Chanderpaul, Tevin Imlach and Chris Barnwell are a few of the more prominent players who will be seen in this tournament.
