Chennai owner and former BCCI President, N Srinivasan recently came out in public to speak about Suresh Raina's decision of pulling out of the 13th edition of the Indian T20 League, saying that the southpaw will realise what he is missing, including 'all the money'.

Srinivasan's comments came after reports emerged that Raina had a rift with MS Dhoni and he was struggling to cope with the strict protocols of the bio-bubble. The 33-year-old was said to be unhappy with his hotel room and demanded the same one as captain MS Dhoni. While the CHE team was quarantined, Raina's room not having proper balconies suddenly took the centre stage.

Reacting to it, the former BCCI President said, "Cricketers are like prima donnas ... like the temperamental actors of the olden days. Chennai have always been like a family and all seniors players have learnt to co-exist."

"The season has not begun yet and Raina will certainly realise what he is missing and certainly all the money (a salary of 11 crores per season) he is going to lose," he added.

These words haven't boded well amongst the Chennai faithful, as they have voiced their support for Suresh Raina, saying that the southpaw has 'put his heart & soul for Chennai. This is what the fans are saying:
