The England women's national cricket team will host New Zealand in a three-match One-Day International (ODI) series starting on Wednesday, June 26.
As per the England Women vs New Zealand Women ODI 2024 schedule, the first game of the series will be played at the Riverside Ground in Chester-le-Street, County Durham.
Both sides will later travel to Worcester to play the second ODI at the New Road Cricket Ground on Saturday, June 29.
The third and final ODI of the series is scheduled to be held at the County Ground in Bristol on Wednesday, July 3.
Ranked second in the ICC women’s ODI team rankings, England Women will head into the series high on confidence after beating Pakistan Women in the both the recently-concluded ODI (2-0) and T20I (3-0) series at home.
Ahead of the upcoming three-match ODI series, the hosts have announced a strong 14-member squad against the White Ferns.
Batting all-rounder Sophia Dunkley is the only change that has been made to the squad that played against Pakistan.
Dunkley has returned to the England’s ODI squad after scoring 293 runs in five innings in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy this season.
On the other hand, the New Zealand women's national cricket team will aim to bounce back after losing both the ODI and T20I series against England in New Zealand in March-April.
The White Ferns suffered a 1-4 defeat in the five-match T20I series before going down 1-2 in the three-match ODI series.
Currently ranked sixth in the ICC women’s ODI team rankings, New Zealand Women will once again be led by star all-rounder Sophie Devine.
The visitors will once again bank on the likes of captain Sophie Devine, Suzie Bates, Amelia Kerr and Maddy Green in the forthcoming ODI series.

England Women have a superior head-to-head record against New Zealand Women in ODI cricket, winning 43 of the 82 matches that they have played so far. On the other hand, New Zealand Women have registered 37 victories so far. One game was tied while the other ended in no result.
The last time these two sides met, England Women secured a 2-1 ODI series win over New Zealand Women in New Zealand in April 2024.
