Tarik were the first team to qualify for the ECS T10 Gibraltar 2022 final as they finished first in the group stage. The second finalist, Calpe Giants, secured a second-place finish on the points table after winning their penultimate group stage game against Sloggers.
With six wins in eight matches, Tarik head into the final as favourites against Calpe Giants. Furthermore, Tarik won the previous two meetings between the teams and thus are in an advantageous position to win the ECS T10 Gibraltar tournament.
Meanwhile, there are still two more group stage games left to be played between Sloggers and Pirates, but it is imperative to note that none of the two teams have the slightest chance of finishing within the top two slots. One of these two teams will face Bavaria in the Bronze final on Wednesday, February 9.
