The Charlotte Edwards Cup 2024 will start on May 18 and run till June 22. 

Organised by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the Charlotte Edwards Cup is a domestic women's T20 tournament.

The marquee T20 tournament is named after England's former captain and most capped player, Charlotte Edwards.

The Charlotte Edwards Cup 2024 will see as many as eight teams compete in a total of 43 matches. 

Central Sparks, Lancashire Thunder, Northern Diamonds, South East Stars, Southern Vipers, Sunrisers, The Blaze and Western Storm are the teams that will participate in the fourth edition of the Charlotte Edwards Cup.

A total of 40 league matches will be played in the Charlotte Edwards Cup 2024. The top four teams after all the league matches will qualify for the semi-finals.

The Charlotte Edwards Cup 2024 final is scheduled to be held on June 22.

Southern Vipers are the defending champions of the women’s T20 tournament after beating The Blaze by seven wickets in the 2023 final. They are also the most successful team in the tournament with two titles.

Apart from Southern Vipers, South East Stars won the inaugural tournament in 2021.

Live streaming of the Charlotte Edwards Cup 2024 will be available on the FanCode app and website in India.

There will be no live telecast of the upcoming women’s T20 tournament on any TV channel in India.
