The CDU Strike League 50 Over Series 2023 will start on Sunday, June 25 in Darwin, the capital city of the Northern Territory, Australia.

The upcoming 50-over tournament is part of the Charles Darwin University Men’s Strike League 2023 to be held from June 25 to July 28.

City Cyclones, Desert Blaze, Northern Tide and Southern Storm are the four franchise teams that will compete in the CDU Strike League 50 Over Series 2023.

As per the schedule, two matches will be held every Sunday. Each franchise will play  five matches each and a total of 10 matches will take place in the 50-over tournament.

These four teams will also feature in the T20 competition of the CDU Strike League 2023. As many as 21 matches will be played in the league across 37 days and multiple venues. 

The CDU Strike League provides opportunities to talented Australian players to take part in it and develop their game. 

“In recent years it has been great to watch the likes of Wes Agar, Corey Rocchiccioli, Ash Chandrasinghe and Josh Brown use Strike League as a platform to showcase their talent and ultimately kick on in their careers. We are excited to be part of unearthing and developing that next crop of Australian cricketers.” CDU Men’s Strike League NT Cricket CEO Gavin Dovey said.

There will be no live telecast of the CDU Strike League 50 Over Series 2023 in India.
