Cricket Namibia will be hosting the Castle Lite Series 2023, starting on Friday, June 2, and concluding on Sunday, June 11.
This upcoming tournament is a 50-over five-match bilateral series and the Karnataka State Team from India will be touring Namibia to face Richelieu Eagles.
Karnataka is one of the strongest teams in the Indian domestic circuit and is second only to Mumbai in terms of wins in India’s flagship domestic tournament, the Ranji Trophy having won it eight times.
Some of the players past and present that Karnataka has produced include Gundappa Viswanath, Roger Binny, Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble, Javagal Srinath, Sunil Joshi, Venkatesh Prasad, KL Rahul, Manish Pandey, Karun Nair, and Robin Uthappa.
Meanwhile, Richelieu Eagles will comprise some of the best Namibian cricketing talents and they are set to receive great exposure against some of Karnataka’s best players. They will be led by the experienced Gerhard Erasmus.
All the matches in this series will be played at the United Cricket Club Ground in Namibia and the start time for all five games is 1:00 PM (IST).

Live streaming of the Castle Lite One-Day Series 2023 will be available on the FanCode app and website.
There will be no live telecast for the Castle Lite ODI Series 2023 on any TV channel in India.
