The Canada cricket team will host Nepal for a 50-over cricket series starting Friday, July 1.

Canada have lost three of their last five matches and are coming off a 23-run defeat to the USA.

Their last bilateral series was against the USA, where they lost the three-game series 2-1.

On the other hand, the Nepal cricket team will travel to Canada with a better form guide.

The Sandeep Lamichhane-led side were recently involved in the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2, where they currently are placed seventh with 15 points from 16 games.

Earlier, the teams were slated to play two T20Is but with the revised schedule, they will play a warm-up game on July 1 before their two List A games on July 4 and 5 respectively. All matches will be held at Kings City in Ontario.
