The Bukhatir T20 League 2023 is all set to get underway on Saturday, May 20 with Collata Chocolates squaring off against Gems Education CC in the tournament opener.
As many as 12 teams are participating in the upcoming edition of the tournament and these sides are Collata Chocolates, Gems Education CC, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Shahram Dubai Knights, The Vision Shipping, Warriors Cricket Club, Z Games Strikers, Thambapanni Lions, Goodrich Gladiators, CSS Group, Future Mattress, and Seven Districts.
Each of these teams will play five matches in the league phase with the eight best teams then progressing to the quarter-finals.
The winning quarter-finalists will then move on to the semi-finals and battle it out for a spot in the final, which will take place on June 25.
There will be a total of 38 games in this tournament with 30 of them being in the league phase, while the remaining eight will be the quarters, semis, third-place playoff, and final.
The league phase ends on June 18 and the knockouts phase begins on the following day.
All the matches in this almost month-long T20 tournament will be taking place at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
After the tournament opener on Saturday, the rest of the matches over the weekend in this competition will be double headers, while only one game will take place on the weekdays.
Interglobe Marine won the last edition of this tournament after beating Future Mattress in the final, however, they are not participating in the upcoming edition of Bukhatir T20 League.

There will be no live telecast of Bukhatir T20 League 2023 on any TV channel in India.
