The Botanical Gardens Rangers (BGR) will take on Salt Pond Breakers (SPB) in the twenty-third match of the Vincy Premier League at the Arnos Vale Ground in Kingstown on Wednesday.

Both the teams have struggled for form this season with the Breakers managing two wins from their six matches while the Rangers have just won once in their last seven games. However, SPB still hold on to a positive net run rate of 0.242 as opposed to BGR’s NRR of -3.333.

BGR vs SPB Dream11 prediction

Choosing a favourite for this fixture is an arduous task. While BGR sit at the bottom of the table, their only win this season has come against SPB, when they chased down 107 runs in 10 overs. SPB, on the other hand, lead BGR 3-2 in head-to-head record.

However, going by current form, BGR are just coming off a comprehensive 7-wicket win over SPB and are expected to replicate that feat on Wednesday.

BGR vs SPB best players for Dream11

Top-Tip: Best batsmen

Breakers' skipper Sunil Ambris will continue to be the best bet with the willow for SPB. The 28-year-old opener has tallied 147 points in the last five matches and has 506 fantasy points to his name.

BGR captain Kesrick Williams could be a good choice. Though the 31-year-old has struggled for form this season, his 14-balls-23-runs knock saw the player getting back to form against SPB in the previous game.

Top-Tip: Best bowlers

Apart from Ambris, Denson Hoyte was impressive with the leather against BGR for SPB in the last match. While he could take only one wicket in the last game, Hoyte has scalped 5 wickets in his last five matches, fetching 248 fantasy points this season, so far.

Winston Samuel is the man of the moment for the Rangers. The 31-year-old's three-wicket haul against SPB made all the difference in the last match and he is expected to ride on his form this time as well. Samuel has five wickets so far.

Top-Tip: Best all-rounder-wicketkeeper

SPB’s Sunil Ambris is undoubtedly the best all-rounder from both teams, given his current form. Apart from scoring a handy 35 runs last match, Ambris pitched in with two wickets as well to take his wicket tally to four this season.

Wayne Harper of BGR will be a good wicket-keeping choice for the fixture. The 31-year-old middle-order batsman has scores of 32, 3, 11, 28, 33 in his last five matches and has 257 points to his name as well.
