The Australia Women vs West Indies Women ODIs 2023 will start on October 8 and run till October 15 in Australia.

Australia Women launched their international cricket season on October 1 when they hosted the West Indies Women in the first of a three-match T20I series, which they won 2-1.

Next up, they will be hosting the Caribbean side for three ODI matches which are a part of the ICC Women’s ODI Championship.

Australia Women are currently the top-ranked side in the ICC women’s ODI rankings, while West Indies Women are placed sixth.

The world's top-ranked women’s ODI team will look to continue their outstanding record against their Caribbean rivals across the three ODIs.

This is West Indies' first bilateral series in Australia since 2014, making it a long-awaited return to Down Under for the Caribbean side.

As far as the head-to-head between these teams go, Australia Women lead the way with 14 wins in 15 encounters, while West Indies Women have registered only a solitary win over the Aussies so far.

Australia Women have named a 13-player squad for the three-match ODI series against the Windies. Alyssa Healy will continue to lead after captaining the side that retained the Ashes in the UK over the winter.

Following West Indies Women’s clean sweep against Ireland Women in the CG United ODI Series and T20I Series in Saint Lucia earlier in the summer, they have named an unchanged squad for the Australia tour under the leadership of captain Hayley Matthews.

As per the Australia Women vs West Indies Women ODIs 2023 schedule, the two sides will lock horns in three One-Day Internationals starting October 8. The final ODI will be played on October 15.

The first two Australia Women vs West Indies Women ODIs 2023 matches will be played at Allan Border Field in Brisbane and the last match of the series will be held at Junction Oval in Melbourne.
