Organised by the England and Wales Cricket Board, the much-anticipated 100-ball League is back for its third edition and is scheduled to take place from August 1 to August 27.
As many as 34 matches will be played in the 2023 edition over the course of four weeks. Defending champions Nottingham will lock horns with Southampton at Trent Bridge for the tournament opener on August 1.
Lord’s London, Oval London, Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, and Manchester are the other six teams that are participating in the tournament.
As per the fixtures, each team will play eight matches in the league phase - four games at home and four away. An Eliminator and the Final will follow the 32 league games.
The team finishing on top of the league stage table will advance straight to the final, while the teams finishing second and third will fight in the Eliminator to become the second finalist.
The two finalists will take on each other at Lord's on August 27 to clinch the 100-ball League 2023. Reigning champions Nottingham defeated Manchester by two wickets in the final of the 100-ball League last year.
