New Zealand take on Netherlands in two T20Is, starting Thursday, August 4. The two teams will play two matches in quick succession at Sportpark Westvliet in Voorburg.
New Zealand have been very active on the international stage since early June when they squared off against England in a three-match Test series.
This was followed by a limited-over series against Ireland before taking on Scotland in two T20Is and a one-off ODI. Interestingly enough, the Kiwis have won each of their last nine limited-overs matches.
As far as the Netherlands are concerned, their form against the top-ranked teams hasn’t been good, to say the least. In fact, they are coming off the back of a 37-run defeat against Zimbabwe in the T20 World Cup qualifier.

Netherlands and New Zealand have played just one T20I in the past. The match happened during the 2014 World T20 where the Kiwis rode on Brendon McCullum’s 45-ball 65 to cruise to a six-wicket win.
