The National T20 Cup 2022 is scheduled to be played from August 30 to September 19 in Pakistan.
It is Pakistan’s domestic T20 competition held annually. Since the inception of the tournament in 2004-05 season, the now-defunct Sialkot Stallions are the most successful team in the tournament with six titles.
Organised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the National T20 Cup 2022 will be the 20th edition of the tournament.
A total of six teams will participate in the upcoming edition, playing a total of 33 matches over three weeks.
Balochistan, Central Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Northern, Sindh and Southern Punjab are the teams featuring in National T20 Cup 2022. Each team will play the other side twice in a double round-robin format. The top four teams will qualify for the semi-finals.
The first 16 matches are scheduled to be played at Pindi Club Ground in Rawalpindi while the remaining matches will take place at Multan Cricket Ground.
The National T20 Cup 2022 final will be played at Multan Cricket Ground on Monday, September 19.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will enter the tournament as defending champions, having defeated Central Punjab by seven wickets in last edition’s final. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also won the title in the 2020-21 season.

Live streaming of the National T20 Cup 2022 will be available on Pakistan Cricket Board’s YouTube channel.
There will be no live telecast of National T20 Cup 2022 matches in India.
