Delhi defeated Hyderabad by eight wickets in match 33 of Indian T20 League 2021 at Dubai International Stadium on Wednesday, September 22.
Chasing a modest target of 135, Delhi rode on Shikhar Dhawan (42), Shreyas Iyer (47 not out) and captain Rishabh Pant (35 not out) to seal an eight-wicket victory. With this win, Delhi moved to the top of the points table.
Earlier, last year finalists restricted Hyderabad to 134/9 in their quota of 20 overs. Delhi pacer Kagiso Rabada picked three wickets while Anrich Nortje and Axar Patel bagged two wickets each.
