Indian cricket team registered the lowest Test score in their history as they were bundled out for 36 in their second innings against Australia at the Adelaide Oval on Saturday.
Team India's worst Test innings total before this was 42 against Mike Denness's England at Lord's in 1974.

Starting the third day of the day-night Test at 9/1, the Indian batting line-up collapsed like a pack of cards after Pat Cummins struck early to remove nightwatchman Jasprit Bumrah.
Such was the horror show that for the first time in Test history, no one scored a double-digit score in the innings.

For Australia, Pat Cummins took four for 21 while Josh Hazlewood took five for eight in five overs to share the nine wickets as India innings ended at 36/9. India’s No. 11 batsman Mohammed Shami retired hurt and could not bat.

Meanwhile, the hosts need just 90 runs to win the first Test of the four-match series of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
